A BIT ABOUT ME

I'm Kevin Gentry of Gentry Forged. A part-time blacksmith and hobbyist focused on knife making and leather work.

While taking classes from Mark J. Hopper and Jessica D. Collins, both Forged In Fire champions of Goat N Hammer, I discovered a new passion for the craft and started my journey to create on my own work.

Knife making is my main focus as far as blacksmithing. I prefer to make bushcraft style knives using a combination of antlers, brass, and exotic woods to make one of a kind pieces not found everywhere.

My skills have improved greatly over the years since I started and I continue to hone my skills. While not perfect, I still make progress in the development of my trade.
